Picture Contest — Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you play our game at this event, we automatically capture screenshots you choose to keep, along with gameplay metadata (such as animals photographed and time of day in the game). Each play session is identified by an anonymous 5-letter code.

If you choose to enter the photo contest, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, and phone number through our feedback form. By providing this information, you link your contact details to your session code and the screenshots associated with it.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information solely to:

• Contact you if your photo wins the contest.
• Potentially feature winning photos in promotional materials, with your explicit consent.
• Improve our game through playtest feedback.

3. Who Can See It

Your screenshots are visible to the Made in Bugs development team for judging purposes.

If you choose a photo as your favorite, it will be posted publicly in our community Discord server for community voting.

4. How Long We Keep It

Your data will be deleted within 30 days after the event ends, unless your photo wins the contest. If you win, we may retain your contact information until prize delivery is complete. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@madeinbugs.com.br.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@madeinbugs.com.br.

If you are located in the EU or Brazil, you have additional rights under GDPR and LGPD respectively.
